Squeezy is the world's first energy gel and the optimal choice for all athletes seeking peak performance. The Squeezy Energy Super Gel is a specially designed carbohydrate gel for athletes. It is based on maltodextrin and contains caffeine and glucose instead of fructose and therefore also suitable for fructose-intolerant people.

One sachet contains 33 g of gel. Easy to open due the perforated head of the gel sachet.

The SQUEEZY ENERGY GEL ASSORTMENT offers four flavors:

  • ENERGY GEL : fruity-sweet with lemon, raspberry, banana, orange-peach
  • SALTY CARAMEL GEL : salty-sweet
  • TOMATO GEL : savory and salty with organic tomato powder
  • SUPER GEL  : bitter-sweet with lemon / caffeine, cola / caffeine

Recommended usage:
Depending on your individual performance and factors like temperature, condition of the circuit the individual demand for energy varies from person to person.

With respect to these conditions the demand of carbohydrates of athletes can come up to:
  • Amateur athletes: 30 - 50 g of carbohydrates per hour.
  • Ambitionated athletes: 50 - 70 g of carbohydrates per hour.
  • Professional athletes: 70 - 100 g of carbohydrates per hour.

For endurance sports we recommend to consume 2 to 3 bags per hour (42 - 63 g of carbohydrates) of exposure. In order to optimize the absorption of carbohydrates you should drink approx. 200 ml of water after each gel-intake.

Because of the high caffeine content consume only in limited quantities. Not suitable for children, pregnant women and people sensitive to caffeine.

In case of short competitions (up to 1 hour) the intake of nutrition and drinks during sports is not necessary as the sports men can get their energy from their own energy reservoirs.

This product should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place.
